When contacting support

Please include your device model, iOS version, PawGaniser version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove any information you would not want to share.

Before you contact us

• Make sure your iPhone is running the latest available iOS update.
• Close and reopen PawGaniser, then try the action again.
• Tell us whether the issue affects one pet record or the whole app.

App availability

PawGaniser is currently being prepared for release on the App Store. TestFlight testers will receive an invitation when the build has completed Apple’s review.
